pilot Screentime develops 3D App “Screens on Fire” for Google TV

“Screens on Fire” is a Google TV app available in the Google PlayStore. The full HD 3D video App offers viewers the opportunity to play back a 60 minute video stream of a fireplace. The 3D effect works on 3D capable TVs together with the appropriate viewing glasses. The fireplace video stream is also available in 2D.
The fire was recorded on a Panasonic AG-3DA1 Integrated Twin-Lens 3D Camera. Video transcoding was done with Fusion. The Top and Bottom (TAB) 3D playback method is utilised together with the H.264 codec. The video stream is available in low, standard and high definition quality.
